As we draw another season to a close, we take a look back at the award winning offseason GM Ron Francis has put together. @Domluszczyszyn from @TheHockeyNews drops by to discuss the stats impact to the current roster changes. @MikeManiscalco from @CanesonFSCR also joins us to wax poetic about the offseason, opportunities for young guys to break thru next season, and hair products. We take your #CheatMail questions, and review a local brew from @SoPinesBrewing. This puts a wrap on season 5 of #CheatersNeverWin so we will be coming to you sporadically between now and September. As always, you can find us @Section_328 on Twitter and on the blog Section328.com. Please rate, review, and subscribe. Thanks so much!

It's been a while since we've had the Canes starting goaltender on the podcast...wait.... we've never had the starting goaltender on the pod? We fix that this week when Scott Darling drops by the show to talk his new contract and goalie styles. We also welcome in Michelle McMahon from NHL Network to talk Stanley Cup Final(s). Finally, Mike and Derek make a Patreon promise that they now have to keep. Thanks as always for listening!

We're not proud of that opening, but it had to be done. We recover nicely though with two great guests: @mikemaniscalco from @CanesonFSCR is here to talk GMRF's latest moves and @MarkSeidel from North American Central Scouting is here to drop some serious prospect knowledge on us. Stick around for the hot beer taeks and your #CheatMail questions. Thanks for listening. If you loved this episode, check us out at patreon.com/section328

With Eric Staal coming back to town, we try to go hard to start our shift, but our shift probably ran long and we coasted to the end. Good thing Shane Willis from Fox Sports Carolinas and Tony Abbott from HockeyWilderness.com were here to to keep up on track. It's always fun when Bloggers Be Gettin' Paid! It's even more fun when one of those guys come into the studio w/ us. Cory Lavalette, formerly of Canes Country and now of North State Journal, dropped by the studio to explain just how a simple question to the coach got such national attention. We look ahead to what we need to fix this team, we drink a beer, and we have a blast. We also welcome in Ryan from Oak City Supporters to talk about their experience at You Can Play night, and share just how we can be better hockey fans. It's a great show, and we really hope you enjoy it.

take it with you

Iphone_trans Listening to podcasts on your mobile devices is extremely convenient -- and it's what makes the podcasting medium so powerful.

You can take your favorite shows and mixes with you anywhere, but to do so requires some quick and simple steps.

Let's walk you through that process together.
step 1:

Click the "Subscribe With iTunes" link in the page's sidebar:

This will require that you have the iTunes software on your computer.

(You can download iTunes here.)
step 2:

Now that you've subscribed to the podcast on iTunes, the feed will display in your "Podcasts" section on the left navigation bar.

Click there and you'll see the show displayed in the iTunes browser.

You can "get all" to download all available episodes or just individual episodes.
step 3:

Plug your mobile device (iPhone, iPad, iPod) into your computer with the Dock Connector cable, and click the device in iTunes's left navigation bar.

Once you have your device highlighted, click "Podcasts" in the top navigation bar and sync the podcasts you want on your device. Click "apply" and the episodes you have downloaded on your iTunes software will sync with your device.
that's it!

The beauty of this process is that now, every new episode of your subscribed podcasts will automatically sync to your device every time you plug it in and open iTunes. You can now take your favorite shows with you everywhere you go.
